Terms of Service

A clear starting point for using AIR responsibly.

Using AIR Master Class

AIR Master Class provides a website and a teaching application for preparing or uploading lessons, editing slides and teaching scripts, downloading resources, scheduling classes, teaching online and viewing class reports. These terms describe the responsibilities that go with using those features.

Available features, curricula, capacity and usage limits can vary by workspace and configuration. A marketing illustration or feature description does not guarantee an educational result or a particular plan entitlement.

Accounts and classroom access

Teacher access uses a code sent to your email address. Keep access to that inbox secure, use accurate account information and do not share login codes. Access is governed by your workspace permissions. If you act for a school, make sure you have authority to create, upload or share its teaching material.

Students use the joining flow for a class organised by a teacher or school. Share class invitations only with intended participants. Students should follow the teacher’s joining instructions and classroom rules. The organising teacher or school must arrange any notices and parent or guardian permissions required for the students taking part.

Your material and AI-assisted work

Upload only material you own or have permission to use, including pictures, textbooks, presentations and content featuring other people. Uploading a file does not transfer ownership of your original material to AIR. When you request saving, processing, generation, publishing or export, AIR and its relevant service providers process the material to perform that action.

Check generated facts, calculations, pictures, teaching scripts and activities before publishing or teaching. AI output may be inaccurate, unsuitable or incomplete, and may not be unique. AIR does not guarantee copyright clearance or exclusive rights in generated material. A successful generation or a published status does not certify educational accuracy.

Keep private student records out of AI prompts and uploads. Review the AI processing information before using these tools. Check the intended audience before publishing, sharing a link or downloading a teacher version that includes private notes.

A safe, respectful classroom

  • Do not use AIR to harass, impersonate, exploit or expose private information about another person.
  • Do not upload unlawful material, malware or content you lack permission to share.
  • Do not bypass access controls, obtain someone else’s classroom credentials or interfere with service availability.
  • Use camera, microphone and screen sharing with care. Do not record or redistribute a class without the necessary permissions.

Teachers can manage admission and participation. AIR or authorised workspace administrators may restrict access where needed to address misuse, security issues or workspace permissions. Contact AIR if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

Availability, saving and plans

Internet access, browser capabilities and third-party email, AI and video services affect the experience. Generation and live media can fail or be delayed. Check save and completion indicators, and keep copies of important original files and exports. Unsaved browser recovery data is not a substitute for a saved lesson.

Current public pricing pages invite enquiries; the marketing website does not collect payment or activate a paid subscription. Any paid offering should state its price, included usage, renewal and cancellation terms before you commit. This page does not establish a paid plan or a service-level guarantee.

Signing out stops your signed-in session; it does not erase saved material or class records. For access, correction or deletion enquiries, follow the privacy contact instructions.

Questions or a problem?

Contact AIR Master Class about service access, content permissions, misuse or these terms. Include the relevant account or class and a short description, but never a login code or password. Use a school’s normal safeguarding or emergency channels for urgent matters; the enquiry form is not an emergency service.

We may update this page as AIR changes. The last-updated date identifies this version. Nothing here is intended to remove rights that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you. Information handling is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
